What You’ll Own
- Evolve our growth product strategy in partnership with the CEO and executive team — identifying high-leverage opportunities, setting bold goals, and turning vision into traction.
- Collaborate across design, engineering, and marketing to ship experiments that move the needle on conversion, engagement and retention.
- Find and validate new distribution channels, onboarding flows, engagement mechanisms, referral mechanics, paywall and pricing experiments — whatever helps us reach, engage, retain and convert the right users.
- Talk to users. A lot. Figure out what motivates them, what confuses them, what delights them — and then turn those insights into action.
- Instrument and interpret data to guide decisions, focused on user delight and human flourishing.
- Data-Driven Growth Hacking – Run experiments. A/B test everything. Pivot fast. If an idea doesn’t work, you don’t dwell—you tweak, relaunch, and scale what sticks.
What You Bring
- Have 5+ years of experience in growth and product, especially at early-stage B2C SaaS startups.
- Have shipped real experiments at high velocity, in high-use products, and delivered measurable results.
- Instrumental in scaling product from 1 to 1M users.
- Sharp analytical instincts – You live are able to delve into dashboards to uncover insights and unlock new growth opportunities.
- Know your way around new-gen AI tools and can leverage analytics tools, funnels, cohort analysis to generate growth.
- Not afraid to take risks – You embrace bold ideas and are excited to help define the voice and shape of an AI product that feels different.

- You've rapidly scaled both product and marketing in a startup environment.
